International Wars and Disaster’s victims’ protection Association (IRVD) invites qualified companies to submit their bids for the following tender: 

  • Tender Ref: KSR-038-IRVD-02 
  • Subject: Provision of Artificial limbs parts. 
  • Delivery Location: The Artificial Limbs and Rehabilitation Centre in Marib. 
  • Contract Type: Long Term Agreement. 

الجمعية الدولية لرعاية ضحايا الحروب والكوارث “الأمين”، تدعوا الشركات لتقديم عروض أسعار من أجل المناقصة التالية: 

  • رقم المناقصة: KSR-038-IRVD-02 
  • الموضوع: توريد قطع أطراف صناعية. 
  • مكان التسليم: مركز الأطراف الصناعية وإعادة التأهيل في مأرب. 
  • نوع العقد: عقد طويل الأمد 

Tender document in Arabic and English can be collected at the following IRVD representative offices in the republic of Yemen: 

  • Marib office: Marib city – the complex – Saba Street – behind Al-Nukhba Hospital – Al-Bayhani Building, second floor – flat-6. 
  • Aden Office: Alshikh othman, Alrimi, the entrance of Aden International center for Arbitration and dispute resolution, Building number 5.

يمكن الحصول على أوراق المناقصة باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية من أحد المكاتب التالية  للجمعية في الجمهورية اليمنية: 

  • مكتب مأرب: مدينة مأرب، المجمع، شارع سبأ خلف مشفى النخبة –عمارة البيحاني، الطابق الثاني، الشقة 6. 
  • مكتب عدن: مكتب الجمعية في اليمن – عدن، الشيخ عثمان، الريمي، فكة مركز عدن الدولي الحديث للتحكيم، البناء رقم 5

This tender is open for all qualified bidders and service providers local and/or international. 

هذه المناقصة مفتوحة لكافة الشركات المؤهلين محليا أو دوليا 

  • For the Local tenderers: tenders can be sent to the above addresses through a registered courier company with an acknowledgement of receipt (express mail) or in case hand-delivered; a receipt signed by IRVD representative. 
  • For international tenderers: tenders can be received through electronic mail (e-mail):  [email protected] CC [email protected] with the code of the tender in the title of the email )KSR-038-IRVD-02( 
  • Last date for bids submission is fixed on Sunday 25/02/2024 at 15:00 Yemen, local time. 
  • Offers after this deadline will be automatically rejected. 
  • بالنسبة لمقدمي العطاءات المحليين: يمكن إرسال العطاءات إلى العناوين المذكورة أعلاه من خلال شركة بريد سريع مسجلة مع إيصال الاستلام أو في حالة التسليم باليد؛ إيصال موقع من ممثل IRVD. 
  • مقدمي العطاءات الدوليين يمكنهم إرسال العطاء عبر البريد الإلكتروني  التالي:

  • آخر موعد لإستلام العروض هو يوم الأحد 25/02/2024 الساعة 3 عصرا بالتوقيت المحلي. 
  • العروض التي تصل بعد هذا التوقيت، سيتم رفضها تلقائيا.
