Tender Announcement for the Supply of Cardiac Catheterization and Cardiac Surgery Consumables 

Al-Ameen for Humanitarian Relief announces its intention to launch a tender for the supply of cardiac catheterization and cardiac surgery consumables to meet the needs of its medical teams operating in several targeted hospitals within its areas of intervention.

Interested suppliers are invited to submit their offers in a sealed envelope, accompanied by all required official documents, to Al-Ameen’s office in Syria – Damascus – Al-Mohafaza Square – Lawyers Syndicate Building – 2nd Floor, during official working hours from 09:00 AM to 04:00 PM. 

Submission Period: From June 16, 2025 to June 20, 2025. 

Tender Details: 

• The tender includes the supply of items as individual lots, not as bundled offers. 

• The awarded supplier must ensure the daily delivery of the required items as per the specified quantities and at the prices provided in their submitted offer. 

• After contract signing, the supplier is required to provide a dedicated team to be present at the work sites to meet the daily needs of the medical teams during working hours. 

The required consumables fall under four main categories: 

• Pediatric Cardiac Catheterization Consumables 

• Adult Cardiac Catheterization Consumables 

• Pediatric Cardiac Surgery Consumables 

• Adult Cardiac Surgery Consumables 

Important Notes: 

• Offers will be evaluated based on material quality, pricing, logistical readiness, and supplier experience. 

• Al-Ameen for Humanitarian Relief will not bear any financial costs related to the submission of proposals unless the supplier is selected for contract award. 

• Suppliers must comply with the following: 

• Submit the price offer in US Dollars, sealed and signed. 

• Attach a copy of the supplier’s ID. 

• Attach the official company license and legal documents. 

• Sign and stamp the Conflict of Interest Declaration (according to the attached template), ensuring that the name of the individual bidder (not just the company name) is clearly written.

إعلان طرح مناقصة لتوريد مستهلكات القسطرة القلبية والجراحة القلبية 

تعلن منظمة الأمين للإغاثة الإنسانية عن رغبتها في طرح مناقصة لتوريد مستهلكات القسطرة القلبية والجراحة القلبية لتغطية احتياجات الفرق الطبية التابعة لها في عدد من المشافي المستهدفة ضمن مناطق عملها.

يمكن للراغبين في التقدم للعطاء إرسال العروض في ظرف مختوم مرفق بجميع الأوراق الرسمية المطلوبة إلى مكتب منظمة الأمين في سوريا – دمشق – ساحة المحافظة – مبنى نقابة المحامين – الطابق الثاني، خلال ساعات الدوام الرسمي من الساعة 09:00 صباحاً وحتى 16:00 مساءً. 

فترة التقديم: من 16 حزيران 2025 وحتى 20حزيران 2025. 

تفاصيل المناقصة: 

• يشمل العطاء توريد المواد وفق بنود مفردة وليس كعروض إجمالية. 

• يلتزم المزود الرابح بتأمين المواد المطلوبة بشكل يومي حسب الكميات المحددة، ووفق الأسعار الواردة في عرضه. 

• يجب على المزود بعد التعاقد توفير فريق مختص من طرفه للتواجد في مواقع العمل وتلبية احتياجات الفرق الطبية طيلة ساعات العمل. 

تشمل قائمة المستهلكات المطلوبة أربع مجموعات رئيسية: 

• مستهلكات قسطرة قلبية – أطفال 

• مستهلكات قسطرة قلبية – بالغين 

• مستهلكات جراحة قلبية – أطفال 

• مستهلكات جراحة قلبية – بالغين 

ملاحظات هامة: 

• سيتم تقييم العروض بناءً على جودة المواد، الأسعار، الجاهزية اللوجستية، وخبرة المزود. 

• لا تتحمل منظمة الأمين للإغاثة الإنسانية أي تكاليف تتعلق بتقديم العروض، ما لم يتم اختيار المورد للتعاقد. 

• يجب على الموردين الالتزام بما يلي: 

• تقديم عرض الأسعار بالدولار الأمريكي داخل ظرف مختوم وموقع. 

• إرفاق صورة هوية المورد. 

• إرفاق الترخيص الرسمي والأوراق القانونية الخاصة بالشركة  

• توقيع وختم إقرار عدم تضارب المصالح (وفق النموذج المرفق)، مع كتابة اسم مقدم العطاء الكامل.
